Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Central/West region to lead commercial performance, market development, and customer execution across the neurosurgery portfolio. You will drive capital and procedural growth, align resources, and coach regional teams to win strategic business.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with national teams, while expanding physician adoption and trusted partnerships across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, healthcare, or another relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of medical device, capital equipment, or procedural sales experience.
• Experience in neurosurgery, surgical navigation/robotics, or related markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop West Region commercial plans translating national strategy into revenue and growth.
• Own regional performance for NeuroBlate System and ROSA Brain platforms.
• Establish account segmentation, targeting, and resource allocation based on market potential.
• Maintain disciplined regional pipelines and forecasts for capital systems and procedural growth.
• Partner with national leadership, marketing, finance, and operations to win strategic business.
• Drive market development and clinical support resources across the region.
