Qualifications

• 7+ years of medical device or procedural sales experience.
• 3+ years in sales leadership roles.
• Experience in neurosurgery, surgical navigation/robotics preferred.
• Experience leading distributed teams across a large geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial plans and revenue growth across the Central/West corridor.
• Manage regional pipelines, forecasts, and capital/clinical opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with national sales, marketing, finance, contracts, and clinical teams.
• Develop physician champions and drive market development in priority accounts.
