Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in B2B tech sales, a proven leadership track, and a strong network in high-reliability sectors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive B2B sales in complex technical/engineered-product environments.
• Experience selling power supplies, power conversion, EMI/EMC filters, or related tech preferred.
• Proven success leading regional or large-scale sales teams.
• Established networks in Industrial, Medical, Semiconductor, Aerospace, or Defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America East regional go-to-market strategy and sales plan.
• Drive revenue growth, new-account acquisition, and margin targets.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity to contract.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional sales personnel.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Applications, and Operations to craft customer solutions.
