Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is seeking a Regional Executive Director to lead a sales team across a defined US territory and drive profitable growth. The role emphasizes recruitment, coaching, and performance management to meet quotas and expand customer value.

The position requires strategic account leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and extensive interaction with C-suite stakeholders to align solutions with customer needs. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a relevant area.
• Five years of business experience, including sales team management.
• Experience selling complex software and/or services.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and meet/exceed quotas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear vision and selling strategies for territory.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage the sales team.
• Meet with C-suite and VP-level customers to secure buy-in.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive value.
• Manage funnel, pipeline, and forecasting per GHX guidelines.
• Stay informed on healthcare market trends and competition.
• Document sales activities in the CRM.
