Qualifications

• Proven success leading high-performing sales teams in BAS/BMS, HVAC Controls, MEP, or related construction.
• Ability to grow revenue by developing strategic accounts and driving pipeline.
• Hands-on leader who spends significant time in the field with the sales team.
