Medix Infusion in Oregon is seeking an experienced Area Sales Director to drive sales growth and lead a team of Account Executives. You will set strategy, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue targets across the assigned territory.

You will recruit, mentor, and coach sales professionals, foster key customer and manufacturer relationships, and report progress to the Director of Sales. Strong leadership and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience, including leadership or management.
• Healthcare, infusion, pharmaceutical, or medical sales experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Expand target accounts and increase revenue while achieving quotas.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Account Executives.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance management to sales team members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead weekly Plan of Action meetings with the sales team.
• Monitor sales trends, performance metrics, and pipeline activity; report results to the Director of Sales.
• Conduct weekly ride-alongs with sales team members and provide feedback to the DOS.
• Identify and address training, education, or support needs within the field.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture and professional development.
• Establish monthly and annual sales objectives for the region.
• Collaborate with the DOS on sales initiatives, strategies, and goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support account retention efforts.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for sales team members.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across organization and team performance.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external customers to resolve issues.
• Utilize CRM systems to track activity, report performance, and monitor quality outcomes.
