ViiV Healthcare seeks an experienced Regional Sales Director for HIV Prevention LAI in the Southeast (GA, AL, MS, LA, SC, Charlotte and panhandle of FL). You will lead a TAM team, shape regional strategy, and partner with Marketing, Market Access and Medical staff to deliver buy‑and‑bill products.

This role requires recruiting and developing high‑performing teams, optimizing regional investments, and ensuring compliant execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required; 9+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 6+ years in specialty management leadership and team development.
• Experience recruiting, developing and leading specialty teams.
• Travel domestically as necessary; valid driver's license.
