ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Regional Sales Director for HIV Prevention LAI in the Southeast (GA, AL, MS, LA, SC, Charlotte and panhandle of FL). You will recruit, hire and lead a high-performing TAM team, align regional strategy with national goals, and drive multi-channel engagement with HCPs and specialty pharmacies.

The role requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex payer environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree required.
• 9+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience including 6+ years in specialty management.
• Experience recruiting, developing and leading specialty teams in an integrated account framework.
• Experience launching and delivering products within a specialty sales model.
• Ability to develop strategic business plans with measurable objectives.
• Willingness to travel domestically; valid driver's license.
