Job summary

ViiV Healthcare in the US seeks an experienced Regional Sales Director (RSD) for HIV Prevention LAI in the Southeast region. You will recruit, coach, and lead TAMs, drive a region-wide strategy, and align with market access, medical and field teams to deliver buy-and-bill prescriptions across GA, AL, MS, LA, SC, Charlotte and the FL panhandle.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 9+ years pharmaceutical sales experience including 6+ years’ specialty management experience leading teams.
• Experience recruiting, developing and leading specialty teams to work cross functionally within an integrated account team.
• Experience leading specialty teams to launch and deliver products.
• Experience in developing strategic business plans with measurable objectives.
• Travel domestically as necessary; overnight travel may be required.

• Lead a high-performing TAM team within an integrated account management model.
• Develop strategic business plans aligned to regional goals.
• Drive market access, launches, multi-channel engagement and resource allocation.
