Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks an experienced Regional Sales Director for the Southeast region (GA, AL, MS, LA, SC, FL panhandle) to lead a high‑impact TAM team and drive specialty HIV care initiatives. The role focuses on strategic planning, multi‑channel engagement, and payer collaboration to deliver buy‑and‑bill treatment success.

You will recruit, develop, and coach talent, align regional investments with national goals, and navigate regulatory environments to maximize patient access and business

Qualifications

• 9+ years pharmaceutical sales experience including 6+ years of specialty management leading teams
• Experience recruiting, developing and leading specialty teams within an integrated account team model
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strategic business planning capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing TAM team across GA, AL, MS, LA, SC, and FL panhandle
• Align regional strategy with national goals and ensure multi-channel engagement
• Drive top and bottom‑line growth through resource prioritization and market access pull‑through
• Build external relationships with physicians, payers, and community stakeholders to support buy‑and‑bill models
• Create a coaching culture, ensure compliance, and manage change to achieve targets

Education

BA/BS degree

Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
