Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a MM Regional Sales Director responsible for bookings growth across assigned territory. The role will lead a team of MM AEs, develop account strategies, manage pipeline, and drive customer expansion in collaboration with Sales Engineering, Channel Development, and Rubrik Partners.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, CxO level engagement, and cross-functional coordination to exceed regional sales objectives and growth targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales management and working on small, mid-sized deals.
• Domain experience across backup, cloud and datacenter environments.
• Proven track record in a sales-driven organization selling technology products/services.
• Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Creative with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
• Knowledge of Rubrik's domain area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy maximizing Rubrik's position across the territory.
• Builds partner ecosystem and collaborates with Focus partners.
• Manages and develops the sales team including recruiting, hiring, and enablement.
• Hands-on leadership into account strategies and focus.
• Sells Rubrik to MM prospects and guides team on strategy and CxO level selling.
• Participates in strategic and tactical regional planning as MM Management team member.
• Develops and executes a Focus plan to maximize revenue and growth.
• Drives accurate team forecasting aligned with management expectations.
• Conducts weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
• Assists in developing short/medium/long-term plans to meet objectives.
• Interacts with senior management to meet regional goals.
• Influences thinking in sensitive situations.
