Tenzai Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the Mid-West territory. This remote individual contributor role involves market building, managing full-cycle sales, and converting interest into Proof of Concepts.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity software sales and a proven track record of handling complex, high-value deals. You will work closely with the Sales Engineering team and assist in shaping the go-to-market strategy as part of a dynamic, ambitious team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise cybersecurity software.
• Track record of closing complex, six-figure deals ($150k+ ARR).
• Comfortable in a startup environment and doing personal prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory and build market presence.
• Leverage networks for pipeline generation.
• Lead sessions on autonomous pen-testing with Sales Engineering.
