Are you looking for a sales leadership position with a global pioneer in the warehouse robotic field?

We’re hiring a Regional Sales Director to join one of the fastest-growing warehouse robotics companies in the world. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. and offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, key account and partnership development across North US whilst managing a team of 7-8 RSM's.

About the Position:

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Leader to spearhead regional sales efforts in alignment with company objectives. Alongside team management responsibilities, you will be a key contributor to the development of new business, channel partner and key account relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional sales team.
• Lead complex sale negotiations and help team to push deals across the line.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction to foster brand loyalty and premium customer experiences.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) while implementing training programs to strengthen sales expertise.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Oversee the regional sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal execution.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to refine business strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Engineering background preferred.
• 10+ years of direct sales experience within material handling & supply chain automation.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing regional sales pipelines, including P&L oversight.
• Strong professional network in logistics, automation, and material handling.
