Job summary

ENVE, headquartered in Ogden, Utah, seeks a Regional Sales Support Specialist to bridge riders, dealers, and internal teams, delivering responsive consumer and dealer support across product selection, technical service, warranty administration, and order management.

The role partners with regional sales, factory representatives, and cross-functional teams to ensure dealer engagement, accurate case documentation, and a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer experience, dealer support, or related cycling-industry role.
• Working knowledge of cycling products, dealer channels, and cycling culture.
• Experience providing consumer- and dealer-facing support.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, ticketing, warranty, or other operational systems. Zendesk and SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide Consumer and Dealer Support: primary contact for consumers and dealer accounts via Zendesk, phone, email, and other channels.
• Support Dealer Relationships and Regional Sales: assist dealer engagement, territory objectives, and order-book management.
• Execute Technical Service Warranty and Claims Processes: handle warranty/claims per policies and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate Cross Functional Operations and Maintain Records: work with multiple departments; document in Zendesk, SAP, and warranty systems.
• Support Continuous Improvement and Brand Engagement: relay customer feedback and assist with new processes and product launches.
• Assist with regional and national events and provide cross-functional support as needed.
