Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; Yamaha Outboard knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and sales software.
• Travel to dealer locations, industry events, and dealer functions is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coordination support to G3 Boats dealers and sales teams.
• Analyze dealer performance and assist in market development.
• Prepare dealer calls, reports, and travel itineraries.
• Support training for dealers and participate in boat shows and events.
• Maintain dealer records and assist in promotional programs.
