Job summary

Calamos Investments is seeking a Regional Support Associate in Naperville, IL to provide territory management support to inside and outside sales teams. This role handles research requests, assembles informational packages, performs data entry, and assists the sales team with campaigns and initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a business degree, securities licenses or willingness to obtain them, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
• Strong understanding of investment products preferred.
• Professional with sales drive and focus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to associates and clients; handle inbound calls for product information and literature requests.
• Responsible for outbound calls as directed by management.
• Assembles information materials, completes information requests, and supports sales campaigns.
• Assists with implementation of sales force client marketing plans.
• Supports process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.
• Utilizes fund analysis and systems to support client offerings.
• Keeps current knowledge of Calamos products and industry developments.
