The candidate should have a business background, 3–5 years in sales, and strong account management and consultative selling skills, with a focus on logistics and related sectors.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in regional or national sales roles.
• Experience in logistics, industrial packaging, transportation or pallet industries preferred.
• Strong account management, client relations and B2B sales abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage leads to $8–$10M in new business sales annually across national coverage.
• Maintain a pipeline with at least $20M in new growth opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts generating $20–$30M in annual sales nationwide.
• Build strong corporate-level customer relationships and onboard new accounts.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events to network and position as a solutions provider.
• Match customer needs to organizational capabilities using our solutions.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions and communications.
