Job summary

Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Director of Business Development, Listings to drive growth across Southern California and the West Coast, selling listings services and digital solutions to homebuilders and developers. You will develop a territory plan and lead revenue generation.

You will conduct in-person and virtual demos, manage the full sales cycle in Salesforce, and travel to close deals with key builders and industry partners.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in a digital/data services business development/outside sales role.
• 2-5+ years experience in the new home industry (sales, marketing, etc.).
• Knowledge of builder digital marketing technologies (CRM, CMS, data feeds, lead integration).
• Experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders & developers in the Southern California region and beyond.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
• Schedule and conduct 5 face-to-face or virtual appointments per week and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Perform in-person and web demonstrations.
• Collaborate with land representatives to build builder relationships.
• Travel within the territory and attend industry conventions to close prospects.
• Present listings product and builder solution products at company events.
