The Cold Forming Division ofOSG USA, Inc.is one of the largest, full-line domestic die manufacturers in the United States. We offer a wide range of products for the thread forming industry including flat, cylindrical, planetary, trimming, rack, and segmented carbide dies. The company markets its products to numerous industries including automotive , die mold , aerospace , energy , heavy industry and dental .


Position Summary:

We are seeking aRegional Sales Account Representativebased inCharlotte,NCto drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships in the Thread Rolling industry. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing expert guidance on our products and services. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of this industry's practices, sales strategies, and customer engagement.

Job Functions forRegional Sales Account Representative:

  • Secures orders from existing and potential customers by means of visiting the customer facility or contacting by phone and/or virtual meetings.
  • Secures opportunities to quote on customer requirements
  • Follows up (by phone or visit) on quotations submitted to customer
  • Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, other key personnel)
  • Data entry to CRM and submit weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer /vendor relationships
  • Performs all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory
  • Provides lost business reports on a monthly basis
Qualifications for Regional Sales Account Representative:
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years' experience in Thread Rolling or related industry
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, extroverted personality, well organized
  • Must be willing to travel within assigned district, generally using company automobile, occasional air travel inside and outside the district is required
  • Must live in their assigned territory
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator's license

Compensation:
  • Salary range: $69,400 - 106,800 + Quarterly bonus potential
