Ecowaste Solutions seeks an experienced Safety leader to manage and improve our Health and Safety Program across Texas and Louisiana. You will drive OSHA, DOT/FMCSA compliance, and incident reduction while partnering with operations to strengthen a safety culture at every location.

You will travel roughly 60% to sites, lead audits, and guide safety initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with CSP/ASP/CHST certifications valued and strong MS Office proficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years of safety leadership in trucking/motor carrier environments.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA and regulatory standards in field settings.
• Experience applying DOT/FMCSA requirements and enforcement practices.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, manage, and continually improve the Health and Safety Program across sites.
• Lead investigations and audits to drive incident reduction and compliance.
• Collaborate with operations on fleet and trucking safety events.
• Perform site safety audits quarterly and track progress.
• Manage safety communications and training across the region.
