Ecowaste Solutions seeks an experienced Safety leader to manage and continuously improve our Health and Safety Program across Texas and Louisiana, with a strong emphasis on trucking safety and DOT/FMCSA compliance. You will travel frequently, engaging with operations to reduce incidents and reinforce a robust safety culture at each site.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in safety management within trucking, OSHA and DOT/FMCSA expertise, and strong MS Office skills.

Formación

• 4+ years of safety management experience in trucking or motor carrier environments.
• Deep expertise in OSHA, DOT/FMCSA and EPA standards and practices.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Extensive travel (~60%) across the assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and maintains a comprehensive Health and Safety Program.
• Drives continuous improvement via audits and incident investigations.
• Manages property safety across locations and coordinates with operations.
• Performs safety audits at each site quarterly and supports fleet safety.
