Ecowaste Solutions is looking for an experienced Safety leader to manage, maintain, and continuously improve our Health and Safety Program across Texas and Louisiana. This role owns compliance, risk reduction, and ongoing safety improvement with heavy emphasis on DOT and FMCSA trucking safety regulations.

You'll be on the road frequently, approximately 60% of the time, working directly with operations teams to reduce incidents and reinforce a strong safety culture at every location.

Formación

• 4+ years of safety management in trucking environments.
• Deep expertise in DOT/FMCSA regulations and enforcement.
• Strong OSHA knowledge with field experience.
• 60% travel across Texas and Louisiana region.
• Proficient in MS Office; SharePoint preferred.
• Excellent organization and verbal/written communication.
• Ability to manage conflicts related to safety/environment.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and maintains all elements of a comprehensive Health and Safety Program.
• Drives continuous improvement via audits and incident investigations.
• Manages property safety across locations.
• Performs safety audits on each site quarterly.
• Collaborates with operations on fleet and trucking safety events.
