Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead the health and safety program across Texas and Louisiana. This role focuses on DOT/FMCSA trucking safety, OSHA compliance, and driving incident reduction while collaborating with operations at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of safety management experience in trucking or motor carrier environments.
• Deep expertise in DOT/FMCSA regulations and enforcement standards.
• OSHA regulations knowledge and field application experience.
• Travel approximately 60% across assigned region.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SharePoint preferred.
• Excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills.
• Conflict management in safety or environmental contexts.

Responsibilities

• Implements, manages and maintains all elements of a comprehensive Health and Safety Program across locations.
• Measures and drives continuous improvement through audits and incident investigations.
• Manages property damage for each location.
• Performs safety audits on each site quarterly.
• Collaborates with operations on fleet and trucking events/accidents.
