Job Description

The Regional Safety Manager is responsible for developing and implementing safety, security, and environmental compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contact post-award pre-mobilization activities, including:
• Training on EHS management tools
• Initiation and tracking of orientation processes
• Distribute updates and approvals of pre-mobilization documentation
• Provide templates for subcontractor mobilization
• Outsource EHS contractors
• Coordinate 2-week training for new EHS hires
• Assist in document control and development
• Oversee OSHA compliance on commercial construction projects
• Complete accident reports and investigations
• Supervise subcontractors and contractors
• Update EHS dashboards and metrics, and generate reports regularly

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in safety and health or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of EH&S compliance experience
• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience leading teams
• Certifications like CSP, CHST, OHST, CIH, or CHMM preferred
