United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Division Safety Manager to lead safety compliance and program administration for a defined region. You will design and implement training, assess risk, and partner with corporate Safety and regional teams to protect employees and customers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Safety and Health or related field required.
• 3 to 5 years of professional-level safety experience preferred.
• Ability to persuasively communicate with all levels of management.
• Strong training and presentation skills; MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Direct and oversee safety policies, programs, and training for assigned region.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, and related compliance across operations.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Communicate safety goals with corporate Safety, customers, and regional teams.
• Develop programs and procedures to mitigate safety and environmental risk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
