Job summary

Hallcon Corporation is seeking a Safety Supervisor to lead safety initiatives across assigned operations, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will partner with operations leaders, oversee investigations, audits, and training, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

You will coach employees and frontline leaders, conduct field visits, implement corrective actions, monitor trends, and report safety metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in transportation safety or a related field.
• Experience leading investigations and safety audits.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
