Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to advance safety programs, regulatory compliance, emergency readiness, and loss prevention across assigned communities. You will partner with leaders to assess risk, investigate incidents, and promote a proactive safety culture.

The role requires travel to multiple communities and collaboration with clinical, facilities, HR, and operations teams. Preferred locations include major California markets; target compensation ranges between $120,000 and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety/health-related field and progressive safety leadership experience.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and emergency preparedness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implements safety programs, standards, and improvement initiatives across communities.
• Provides guidance to executives and leaders on resident and workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and loss prevention.
• Conducts safety assessments and audits; recommends preventive or corrective actions.
• Travels to communities to perform onsite evaluations and training; partners with leaders to mitigate safety risks.
• Supports investigations of significant injuries, incidents, and property losses; facilitates root-cause analysis.
