Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with transportation, supply chain and logistics concepts preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and generate standard routing or load plans and reports
• Support design and implementation of supply chain solutions
• Participate in process improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Apply tactical processes within established business rules
• Meet customer deadlines and provide required metrics
• Interact with customers by phone, email or in person as needed
• Collaborate with SMEs to resolve issues and escalate to senior staff
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
