Better Living is seeking a Regional RN to support assisted living and memory care communities across Illinois and Iowa. This hands-on role focuses on interim coverage during vacancies, with responsibilities in assessments, service plans, and quality audits across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in IL, IA, or WI.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care.
• Experience completing resident assessments and service plans.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel between communities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Interim RN in communities with vacancies.
• Complete resident assessments and reassessments.
• Assist with service plan development and updates.
• Support clinical documentation and resident records.
• Assist Health & Wellness Directors with resident care coordination.
• Conduct quality assurance audits of charts and documentation.
• Provide hands-on clinical support within communities.
