AffiniCare is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to support Care Initiatives’ 43 skilled nursing communities. You will select hours that fit your life, travel to multiple sites within your region, and provide direct nursing care with a focus on safety and quality.

A valid Iowa RN license and CPR are required, plus 12 months of RN experience and willingness to travel between facilities. Enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits options while helping residents receive exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Twelve (12) months of verifiable RN experience.
• Willingness to travel between Care Initiatives communities within your region.
• Residency within a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other interdisciplinary team members to promote teamwork and high‑quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care accurately to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
