The ideal candidate has extensive multi-site practice management experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead through ambiguity and change while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple ophthalmology/ASC networks preferred.
• Ability to travel 60–75% across assigned markets.
• Proven track record of turnaround and performance-improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial, operational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence physician leaders and build collaborative partnerships.
• Experience leading organizations through change, growth, and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional VP to drive performance improvement and growth across markets.
• Lead operational assessments to identify gaps, opportunities and risks.
• Develop market action plans for sustainable improvement.
• Provide executive leadership and stabilization for underperforming practices.
• Ensure execution of priorities, standards and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and address challenges before results are affected.
• Develop leadership capabilities and recruit high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Operations.
