Job summary

EyeSouth Partners is seeking an experienced Facility Administrator to direct ambulatory surgery center operations across multiple teams in the Atlanta metro area. You will collaborate with medical leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance while managing budgets, staffing, and front-office workflows.

The role requires RN licensure with BLS/ACLS, 3+ years of ambulatory surgery operations experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years ambulatory surgery operations management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Licensed, Registered Nurse required.
• BLS & ACLS Certification required.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and accreditation body standards (e.g., AAAHC).
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned facility according to policies, protocols, orders and regulations.
• Drive efficiencies in the facility using quality improvement principles.
• Ensure clinical care meets established regulatory standards in collaboration with Medical Director and Nurse Manager.
• Oversee staff relations, HR activities, and payroll reporting within budgets.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure availability of materials.
• Conduct staff meetings and participate in governing body meetings as applicable.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for surgical workflow and front office operations.
