Avalon Health Care Management, Inc. is hiring a Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist (RN) to lead MDS, RAI, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement efforts across Washington & Oregon facilities.

This full-time role requires travel and a current RN license, with strong analytical and leadership skills. The position focuses on improving clinical and financial outcomes, educating interdisciplinary teams, and driving reimbursement optimization while maintaining compliance and quality measures

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license
• Long-term care experience required
• MDS, RAI, and clinical reimbursement experience required
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and support multiple facilities
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Washington and Oregon

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and support to facility teams on MDS, RAI, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement processes
• Monitor facility systems to promote compliance, accuracy, and best practices
• Analyze clinical and financial outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
• Support Quality Measures, Five-Star initiatives, and reimbursement optimization efforts
• Educate and mentor interdisciplinary teams across the region
• Lead program development and process improvement initiatives
