Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of IV therapy experience.
• Strong clinical proficiency in IV therapy administration and patient monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and support nursing professionals.
• Understanding of clinical documentation, infection prevention and patient safety.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee infusion nurses in the region to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to nursing staff.
• Manage nursing performance including evaluations and improvement plans.
• Ensure completion of clinical competencies and ongoing training.
• Oversee IV therapy services per physician orders and protocols.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to support clinic operations.
• Monitor documentation, care plans, and safety standards.
• Coordinate regional nurse scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Oversee timecards, attendance, and workforce management.
• Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and labor metrics.
