Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Compliance & IV Hydration Nurse to support multiple skilled nursing facilities within an assigned region. You will lead regulatory compliance efforts and provide IV hydration interventions to keep residents healthy in their facilities.

You will collaborate with facility leadership to improve quality measures, reviews audits, and ensure nursing documentation meets standards, while traveling between about three facilities.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience starting peripheral IVs and administering IV therapy.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel between approximately three facilities within an assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Compliance: collaborate with Directors of Nursing and Regional Clinical Leadership to improve regulatory compliance.
• Review clinical audits and help facilities resolve documentation and clinical deficiencies.
• Ensure care plans, physician orders, and nursing documentation meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct chart reviews and resident observations; provide staff education.
• Assist facilities with survey readiness and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
