Vitaline Clinical Hydration Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations and IV therapy services across Chicagoland facilities. You will lead infusion nurses, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality patient care in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Illinois.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of IV therapy experience.
• Strong clinical proficiency in IV therapy administration and patient monitoring.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and support nursing professionals.
• Experience with clinical documentation, infection prevention, and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee infusion nurses across the Chicagoland region to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development through regular meetings and field visits.
• Manage nursing performance, evaluations, competency assessments, and improvement plans.
• Ensure completion of clinical competencies and ongoing staff training.
• Oversee IV therapy delivery per physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to support clinic operations.
• Monitor patient safety, infection prevention, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing coverage with Clinical Operations and Business Development.
• Monitor staffing levels and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and expense reporting across facilities.
