Vitaline Clinical Hydration Solutions is seeking a Regional Nurse Manager to supervise infusion nursing operations across Chicagoland and ensure outstanding patient care. You will mentor staff, manage performance, and align clinical practice with regulatory standards.

The role requires clinical leadership, hands-on patient care when needed, and collaboration with operational teams to optimize workflows and staffing in multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of IV therapy experience.
• Strong clinical proficiency in IV therapy and patient monitoring.
• Ability to mentor and coach nursing professionals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Chicagoland area.

Responsabilités

• Lead infusion nurses across the region, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and development through regular meetings.
• Manage nursing performance, evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Ensure clinical competencies and ongoing training are completed.
• Oversee IV therapy delivery per physician orders and protocol.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to support operations.
• Monitor documentation, care plans, infection prevention, and safety.
• Address patient concerns and nursing-related issues with compassion.
• Coordinate regional nurse scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Oversee timecards, punches, and workforce management.
• Track staffing levels, productivity, and operational metrics.
• Manage clinical inventory, supplies, and expense reporting.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and staff development.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Participate in leadership meetings to address regional needs.
