Job summary

Vitaline Regional Nurse Manager (RN) in the Chicagoland, IL area leads infusion nursing teams to ensure high-quality patient care across multiple facilities. This hands-on leadership role requires strategic oversight and direct clinical involvement.

You will coach staff, manage performance, oversee IV therapy delivery, and coordinate scheduling while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Illinois.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of IV therapy experience.
• Strong clinical proficiency in IV therapy administration and patient monitoring.
• Experience mentoring and managing nursing staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Chicagoland.

Responsibilities

• Lead infusion nurses and maintain clinical standards.
• Provide coaching and professional development to staff.
• Manage performance evaluations and improvement plans.
• Ensure staff complete competencies and trainings.
• Oversee IV therapy delivery per physician orders.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
• Monitor documentation, infection control, and safety.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing across facilities.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Partner with leadership to improve workflows.
• Conduct quarterly site visits with clinic coverage.
