Generations Family Health Center is seeking a Regional Registered Nurse Lead to provide senior nursing leadership and direct patient care at Putnam, Willimantic, and Norwich locations. You will help standardize nursing practices, onboard staff, and drive quality initiatives while maintaining high clinical standards.

The role emphasizes autonomy in nursing visits, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and oversight of vaccine programs.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred; experience in ambulatory or primary care is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Direct patient care and clinical coverage for approximately 80% of scheduled time.
• Support nursing practice standardization, onboarding, competency development, and quality initiatives.
• Assist with infection control, vaccine management, and outpatient workflow improvements across multiple sites.
• Coordinate staff onboarding and preceptorship; support vaccine program oversight and inventory.
