Panacea Health Corp is seeking a full-time Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement/Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania. You will provide leadership to MDS processes, oversee reimbursement workflows, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate has experience as an MDS coordinator/lead, strong knowledge of the RAI process, PDPM/PPS, and Medicare billing. A PA nursing degree and prior regional experience are required, with background checks and drug screening

Formación

• RN with effective leadership & assessment skills in long-term care
• Experience as an MDS Coordinator; minimum 2 years as MDS supervisor/lead
• Working knowledge of the RAI process
• Proficient in PA CMI
• Proficient in Medicare reimbursement and billing knowledge
• Knowledge of PPS (PDPM)
• Experience with Insurance updates
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Nursing degree from an accredited college/university
• Prior regional experience
