Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an experienced RN to lead MDS/RAI activities across multiple centers, ensuring PDPM accuracy, quality measures, and compliant care plans. You will coordinate with regional teams to optimize resident data and outcomes.

Requirements include an RN degree, 5+ years in RAI/PDPM at regional or higher level, and multi-facility experience. Proficiency with CMS portals, data input, spreadsheets, and reporting is essential; leadership and regulatory knowledge are a must.

Qualifications

• RN degree required with current licensure.
• 5+ years in RAI/PDPM at regional or higher level.
• Multi-facility experience is required.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and case mix when spanning specific regions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor RAI processes: MDS accuracy, care plans, quality measures, utilization review.
• Oversee improvement plans for RAI processes across centers.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance programs.
• Help maintain ongoing quality improvement measures.
• Maintain open rapport with staff to ensure team-based care.
• Abide by Corporate Standards of Conduct.
• Promote Resident Bill of Rights and privacy.
• Report resident complaints, accidents, and incidents promptly.
• Follow Atrium Centers policies and procedures.
• Lead or participate in company initiative projects.
• Participate in recruitment and training of MDS staff.
