A leading private food manufacturer seeks a Regional Retail Sales Manager responsible for managing accounts and brokers in the mid-south/mid-west. This role focuses on achieving sales objectives, ensuring product distribution, and fostering relationships within the retail environment. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, experienced in food industry sales, and possess strong relationship-building skills.

Company : Stable, very profitable, and growing private food manufacturer.
Location : Remote. But must be located near a major airport in the mid-south / mid-west (i.e. Dallas, Memphis, St Louis, Indianapolis, Chicago, etc.)
Compensation : $90k - $120k + bonus
Job Summary : The Regional Retail Sales Manager will report to the National Sales Director and will be responsible for managing existing accounts and managing brokers. It will be accountable for the achievement of regional volume objectives forecast accuracy, promotional execution, distribution targets, new item speed to shelf, retail price management, and retail execution. The Regional Retail Sales position is responsible for delivering creative, fact-based solutions and thought leadership that will help build the brand at assigned customers.
