Alpine Home Medical is seeking a Regional Retail Sales Manager to lead marketing, merchandising, and sales strategy across 11 retail stores in Idaho and Utah. This hands-on leadership role focuses on turning store layout, staff training, and vendor partnerships into measurable sales growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-unit retail management, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of retail sales/marketing plans producing measurable results.
• Knowledge of medical billing requirements or ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Develop store-level and company-wide growth goals with senior management.
• Train store staff on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and promotions.
• Own store sales performance and report results to senior management.
• Drive retail sales growth by enhancing customer marketing experience at each location.
• Build outside marketing relationships and referral partnerships to grow sales.
• Plan and lead training programs for store staff.
• Coordinate with Store Managers on staffing and patient care issues.
• Review financial statements and sales data to track productivity and progress.
• Maintain inventory levels and timely reordering across stores.
• Plan showroom and retail-area layouts reflecting Alpine's standards.
