Job summary

Premium Retail Services is seeking an Area Merchandiser Lead on our Precision Team to drive retail success across multiple store locations. You will support execution, troubleshoot challenges, and build strong relationships with store leadership and team members.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to mentor peers, lead complex resets, and ensure high-quality retail execution through audits and client walks.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution.
• Available to work 32–35 hours per week.
• Experience mentoring or training team members in retail.
• Confident in building relationships with store personnel.
• Reliable, professional, and able to represent major brands.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and support team success.
• Willing to travel up to 150–200 miles between store locations and occasional overnight stays.
• Comfort using mobile apps, client platforms, and store technology.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned retail tasks on time.
• Address and resolve urgent store issues.
• Conduct store and rep audits for quality and consistency.
• Perform client walks and collaborate with clients as needed.
• Lead and support complex resets, solo or with a team.
• Review jobs and projects, including visit instructions and objectives.
• Complete time studies for upcoming work opportunities.
• Communicate clearly with management and field teams.
• Provide advanced training to existing representatives.
