Job summary

Consumer Cellular, Inc. is seeking a Retail Regional Manager to lead 8–12 store locations across the Lancaster region. You will supervise Store Managers, hire and train staff, and drive sales and excellent customer service in a dynamic, multi-unit environment.

You will collaborate with field leadership to meet company objectives, deliver regular performance reports, and ensure in-market staffing and development. Weekend availability and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Multi-Unit retail management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop subordinates.
• Excellent business acumen and decision making.
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel up to 50%.
• Self-starter with sales mindset and drive to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 8–12 store locations and supervise Store Managers.
• Hire, train and evaluate store staff; manage in-market performance.
• Partner with field and home-office leadership to execute company directives.
• Drive sales productivity and customer experience through coaching and accountability.
• Monitor attrition and implement retention strategies.
• Provide regular market-level reports to senior leadership.
