Job summary

Consumer Cellular in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Retail Regional Manager to oversee 8-12 stores, drive sales, and ensure top customer experience across the region. You will hire, train, and develop Store Managers and staff, manage staffing, coaching, and performance, and collaborate with field leadership to meet company objectives; extensive travel (50%) is required.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are essential to mentor teams and improve store results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years training, sales, account management or related experience.
• 3+ years of retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Staff retail locations, schedule hours, engage customers, drive sales, merchandise and inventory.
• Establish relationships with field and home office leadership and ensure communication continuity.
• Provide coaching to improve store performance and guest experience.
• Hire, train and manage store managers and sales staff; monitor attrition and performance.
