Job summary

Grand Appliance and TV is seeking a Regional Retail Sales Manager for Wisconsin/Iowa markets. You will oversee operations across multiple stores, drive sales growth, and coach Store Managers to achieve regional KPIs.

Frequent travel to in-market locations is required to ensure consistent execution of sales processes, inventory accuracy, and customer experience standards. You will partner with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to align local strategies with corporate initiatives and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-store retail management experience (appliance industry preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed region.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive regional performance across all stores, including sales, margin, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Directly manage Store Managers, providing leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Establish clear expectations and performance standards for stores and ensure consistent execution.
• Lead regular performance reviews with Store Managers and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Develop and be accountable for store-level and regional annual business plans and targets.
• Monitor regional KPIs, analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate weekly KPI reviews and communicate performance insights.
• Ensure execution of sales processes, financing, protection plans, and promotions.
