You will travel to various branches, lead an advice-driven sales process, and collaborate with senior leaders to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and banking experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or sales discipline required.
• Minimum 2 years in a multi-location leadership role (banking a plus).
• 6–8 years in a comparable position may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and manage Branch Managers and their teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Provide visionary leadership to foster a customer-focused culture with high engagement.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability across markets.
• Visit branch locations to coach, monitor sales activities, and recognize achievements.
• Source and manage deposit portfolios and oversee consumer lending training in designated regions.
