Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee travel center locations in their region and drive profitable growth across stores. The role involves coaching and developing Managers, recruiting and training teams, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership, strong P&L experience, and a flexible schedule to cover nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to relocate is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit or regional management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with Profit and Loss accountability.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the management level.
• Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills.
• Must build, coach, manage, and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint.
• Strong preference for candidates willing to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all travel center locations in their region and drive profitable sales in the stores.
• Provide operational support and coach regional Managers and teams.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff within the region.
• Relocation to or willingness to relocate within the Northeast, Midwest, and Mountain West regions.
