Job summary

Availa Bank is seeking a Regional Retail Leader to guide the retail team across Iowa markets, including Ankeny. The role emphasizes coaching, sales execution, and delivering customer-focused banking solutions.

You will supervise branch managers, promote employee engagement, and align market goals with the bank's strategy while visiting locations to coach and monitor performance, traveling to all retail sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or sales-related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in a multi-location leadership role.
• 6-8 years experience in a comparable position may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and manage Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers across locations.
• Provide visionary leadership to foster a customer-focused, high-engagement culture.
• Visit all branch locations for one-on-one coaching and to monitor sales activities.
• Develop and execute the Universal Banker strategy to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership to align market goals with bank strategy.
• Source and manage deposit portfolio and support consumer lending in designated regions.
